                               RESOLUTION NO. 19397
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT
                   OLSEN HENSLEY FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN
                   SERVICES RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 40E,
                   STUART HEIGHTS FORCE MAIN INTERCEPTOR, FOR
                   AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($92,000.00), WITHOUT
                   PRIOR APPROVAL.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       Piedmont Olsen Hensley for engineering design services relative 
to
       Contract No. 40E, Stuart Heights Force Main Interceptor, for an
       amount not to exceed $92,000.00, without prior approval.
